Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
1.1. These Terms govern the use of www.busrent.al and services provided by Magus Group Albania sh.p.k., under Civil Code of Albania (Law No. 7850), Consumer Protection Law No. 9902, and Payment Services Law No. 10433.
1.2. Use of our services implies acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 – Definitions
2.1. “Client” – any natural/legal person making a booking.
2.2. “Booking” – the agreement for transportation service.
2.3. “Force majeure” – unforeseeable events beyond the parties’ control.

Article 3 – Bookings and Payments
3.1. A booking is confirmed only after payment of a deposit or full amount as agreed by email.
3.2. Payments are non-refundable, except in force majeure cases (refund minus bank expenses).
3.3. All payments must be completed at least 1 week before service start unless otherwise agreed.
3.4. Online payments are SSL-protected and processed by licensed providers.
3.5. Prices in EUR include VAT, fuel, insurance, and border-crossing fees.
3.6. Prices exclude driver accommodation/meals (€18/meal), city taxes, entry fees, ferry tickets, bridge tolls, parking outside Albania.

Article 4 – Booking Changes
4.1. Changes subject to our approval and availability.
4.2. Airport delay notified ≥12h before – free if later time.
4.3. Notified <12h – €15/hour.
4.4. Non-airport changes – free.
4.5. Earlier pick-up – renegotiation and possible extra fees.

Article 5 – Vehicle and Driver
5.1. Details sent 24h before pick-up.
5.2. Vehicle type/model may change without notice, capacity guaranteed.
5.3. Website photos are illustrative.

Article 6 – Itinerary and Restrictions
6.1. Client may not change itinerary with driver without our written approval.
6.2. Approved changes may incur extra charges.

Article 7 – Additional Client Obligations
7.1. Payments must cover bank/online payment fees (2.5%).
7.2. For services outside Tirana, prices include empty-leg trips.

Article 8 – Force Majeure
8.1. Refund minus bank expenses.
8.2. No liability for delays/cancellations due to force majeure.

Article 9 – Dispute Resolution
9.1. Mediation/arbitration first, per Law No. 10385.
9.2. If unresolved, Tirana Court has jurisdiction.

Article 10 – Changes
10.1. Terms may change and will be posted online.
10.2. Albanian version is legally binding.
