Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
1.1. This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies by Magus Group Albania sh.p.k., in accordance with Law No. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data” and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1.2. It also complies with Article 7 GDPR (consent) and Article 21 GDPR (right to object).

Article 2 – Definitions
2.1. “Cookie” – a small text file placed on your device when visiting a website, as per Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy Directive).
2.2. “Consent” – any freely given, specific, informed indication of the data subject’s wishes regarding processing (Art. 6 and 7 GDPR; Art. 2/10, Law No. 9887).

Article 3 – Types of Cookies We Use
3.1. Strictly necessary cookies – essential for website functionality (e.g., session management).
3.2. Analytics cookies – Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare Analytics for traffic and performance analysis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
3.3. Marketing cookies – Facebook/Meta Pixel for personalized advertising.
3.4. Functionality cookies – store language and user preferences.

Article 4 – Consent
4.1. On the first visit, a consent banner will allow you to accept, reject, or customize cookies.
4.2. Consent is stored for 12 months or until withdrawn.
4.3. Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect basic site use.

5.2. You can enable the “Do Not Track” option in your browser.

Article 6 – Third Parties

Article 7 – Your Rights
